For my part I will:
- Give you the full time that you have paid for.
- Honour all special rates and discounts.
- Ensure that you receive 1 to 1 tuition.
- Provide the same car for all your lessons and test.
- Ensure that I am on time for all lessons*
- Inform you immediately if it is necessary to reschedule a lesson.
For your part you will:
- Ensure that you are on time for your lessons*
- Give 48 Hrs notice if you are unable to attend a lesson.
- Listen to and take on board all the advice given by your instructor.
- Be courteous and considerate to other road users.
- Ensure that you do not attend a lesson whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs
or medication.
- Be responsible for maintaining contact with your instructor if you change your address
or telephone number.
*If delayed call as soon as possible with information regarding the estimated time
of arrival and the cause of the delay e.g. traffic, breakdown, accident, illness,
weather or any other reason.
